Production Operator
Position Overview:
The Production Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced food production environment. This role ensures products are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up production equipment and prepare materials prior to job execution
- Operate manufacturing machinery to support production processes
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure safe, efficient operation
- Perform routine inspections to identify malfunctions, wear, or needed repairs
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and report issues to supervisors
- Follow all safety, food safety, and quality standards at all times
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and environmental practices
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or production issues immediately
- Support production goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work Environment
- Fast-paced production line environment
- Strong focus on quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
Schedule
Multiple shifts available:
- 1st: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime
