    Position DescriptionTitle: Production OperatorDepartment: Adhesives, Coating, or ConvertingReports to: Production SupervisorStatus: Non-Exempt Hourly

    Principle Accountabilities

    Responsible for performing work assigned in our manufacturing area according to the scheduled production requirements.Must run production equipment in a safe, productive, efficient, and quality-conscious manner in order to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production goals.Must be self-motivated, cooperative, and have excellent attendance.Comply with all work rules while performing job assignments and utilize critical reasoning skills when solving problems that affect safety, quality, and productivity.
