Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and interested in building your manufacturing skills? We’re looking for a Production Operator – Laser Engraving to operate computerized laser equipment and produce accurately engraved parts that meet company, customer, and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

• Operate computerized laser machines to engrave parts accurately and efficiently.
• Set up and manage machine jobs using applicable computer software.
• Complete all required production paperwork and documentation.
• Follow established quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Ensure completed parts meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments and provide support where needed.
• Cross-train in additional responsibilities to expand your manufacturing skills.
• Promote workplace safety, a positive company culture, and ethical business practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Basic computer skills, including the ability to:
• Open and save files.
• Use Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
• Send and receive emails.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• A dependable, self-motivated approach to completing work and meeting deadlines.
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute as part of a team.
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
