Job Overview

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for the repetitive operation of machinery or processes, following a prescribed routine. You will report and record production numbers and perform necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Effective communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent punctuality.
• Basic math skills.
• Compliance with all safety guidelines.
• Willingness to operate a Toyota forklift.
• Completion of a background check and Concentra physicals before starting.
• Steel-toed shoes are required.

Preferences

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Great interpersonal skills and flexibility.

Work Schedule

• 3rd Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday to Friday
• Orientation starts on Mondays at 7 AM

Additional Information

• This is a temp-to-hire position.
• Work involves exposure to extreme heat, cold, dust, or noise.
