As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will perform front-line production processes that add value and quality to our products. Gain hands-on experience in transforming raw materials into high-quality final products for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with all safety processes and uphold safety practices for yourself and others.
- Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt quickly to changes.
- Multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during the production process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Collaborate and follow instructions from Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve, and troubleshoot.
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements.
- Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
- Work in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present.
