We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our production team in Evansville, IN. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. The position offers a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule from 4 pm to 2 am, allowing for a three-day weekend every week. Job Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and follow repetitive machine or process operations as per the prescribed routine.
• Make necessary adjustments to processes or machinery as directed.
• Record and report production numbers accurately.
• Operate manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to Block Room Operator.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Strong communication skills, both one-on-one and in group situations.
• Attention to detail and ability to record and verbalize detailed information accurately.
• Excellent punctuality and reliability.
• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge and compliance with all safety guidelines.
• Steel-toed shoes are required.

Preferences:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Great interpersonal skills and flexibility.

This is a temp-to-hire position with no requirement for lifting over 51 lbs, operating a forklift, tractor, or vehicle, and no work in confined spaces. The role may involve working in environments with extreme heat, cold, dust, or noise.
