    We're actively seeking dedicated and detail-driven Production Operatorto become part of our growing team in Hawarden, working Full-time M-F 7-330pm - just a short drive from Sioux City, IA (35 miles) and Sioux Falls, SD (45 miles). As a Production Operator, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, helping deliver precision-engineered components to customers worldwide.

    You'll be responsible for:

    • Performing detailed work using microscopes with high visual acuity

    • Remaining focused and productive during long periods of seated or standing tasks

    • Documenting work accurately with basic math and computer skills

    • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

    • Collaborating with team members in a supportive, communicative environment

    Ideal Candidates Possess:

    • Strong attention to detail and a high level of focus

    • Ability to work with microscopes and handle small components with precision

    • Physical stamina for extended periods of sitting or standing

    • Solid basic math and computer skills for documenting production tasks

    • Ability to speak and read English
    • A cooperative attitude and excellent communication skills

    • Motivation, dependability, and a strong work ethic
