Production Operator
Job Description
Graham Personnel Services is seeking Production Operators to support operations at PPG. This is a hands-on, industrial role based on day-to-day operational needs and may include forklift operation to ensure high-quality customer service.
Production Operators are integral warehouse team members and must be safety-minded with strong organizational skills. The work environment can be dirty and physically demanding, involving material handling, exposure to dust or residue, and frequent lifting or moving of packages by hand.
Respirators are mandatory in designated areas, and candidates must be able to successfully complete respirator fit testing as a condition of employment.

Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Ability to push, pull, bend, walk, and stand repetitively throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted repetitively
- Ability to work independently to achieve production goals

Schedule
- 8-hour and 10-hour shifts
- Monday–Friday
- Overtime as needed, including weekends
