Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line, maintaining product quality, and supporting the overall production process. This position requires a team player with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Line Operations: Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment on the production line to ensure efficient performance and minimal downtime.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of to meet company quality standards, including verifying packaging, labeling, and product consistency.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking materials, ensuring an adequate supply for production needs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to company safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and production areas to comply with food and beverage industry standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and address any challenges.
Qualifications and Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting machinery are a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
