$24/hour
DuPont rotating schedule (12-hour shifts, days & nights)
Built-in extended time off throughout the month
Work ~1415 days/month while maintaining full-time hours
What Youll Be Doing
Operate and monitor production equipment in a high-tech manufacturing environment
Set up materials and follow detailed process instructions and production recipes
Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot minor issues to keep operations running
Track production output and document key data points
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
Work with chemical, mechanical, and thermal processes in a controlled environment
What Were Looking For
Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments
Comfortable working in a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Basic computer/data entry skills (ERP or tracking systems a plus)
