Production Operator

Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH 
Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift

Hire Sync is hiring Production Operators for Hardwood Rubber Products in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. No extensive experience is required — the company is willing to train the right person — but candidates with rubber extrusion, manual lathe grinding, or other hands-on manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Operate production equipment to manufacture custom rubber products
• Perform hands-on manufacturing processes while following quality standards
• Complete a variety of customized production tasks — no two projects are exactly the same
• Use hand tools and equipment to support manufacturing operations
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Learn new processes and equipment through hands-on training
• Support team members to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to learn new processes and work with your hands
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to perform basic math skills required for manufacturing work

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Rubber extrusion
• Manual lathe grinding
• Machining or custom manufacturing

• Other hands-on production equipment
