Production Operator - Cushman

As a Support Associate, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by creeling, doffing, transporting materials, and maintaining equipment to support efficient textile production. What We're Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to multitask and stay proactive in fast-paced environments
• Physically able to stand for long periods and handle heavy lifting (15-40 lbs)
• Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled settings (hot/cold)

What You'll Do as a Support Associate:

• Creel raw materials by lifting and positioning 30-40 lb yarn packages
• Doff finished goods by removing 15-20 lb yarn packages from machines
• Transport finished yarn packages (up to 600 lbs combined) using transport trucks
• Print doff labels and load tubes into texturing machines
• Operate and set up computer systems to assign correct lot numbers
• Remove and distribute printed tubes to appropriate machines
• Maintain material flow by loading and replacing empty tubes
• Perform additional manufacturing tasks as assigned
