We are looking for a Production Operator for our Columbus, OH Facility!
Summary: To contribute to the production of metal insulated building panels as directed by Supervisor. Skilled Technical Industrial Machine Operator with strong mathematical and communication skills to operate and maintain state-of-the-art equipment used in the production of Kingspan panels. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills and the ability to understand measurements, work collaboratively in teams, apply critical thinking, have quality and safety awareness, and be mechanically oriented.
Essential Duties:
Ability to stand 8 to 12 hrs a day.
Follows up on work assignments from the supervisor.
Ensures that any task performed within the work cell is completed in accordance with the written Standard Operating Procedure(s) for that task.
Assures quality standards are met for all production:
Records all required data
Ensures that all material is properly labeled and placed within proper staging/storage areas
Identifies any non-conforming product to the Production Supervisor and Quality Assurance Technicians
Contributes to an ongoing culture of cleanliness and order within the workstation/cell.
Comply with company H&S rules and regulations.
All other duties assigned as required.
Willing to work overtime as required.
Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.
Follow Compliance requirements per "KNA-SOP-1705 Compliance Roles and Responsibilities."
