Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable Production Operator to join a manufacturing team in Claremore. This position is responsible for loading and unloading molds using a forklift, monitoring production equipment, reading pressure gauges, and maintaining accurate production documentation.
The ideal candidate has previous forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to safely monitor equipment while maintaining accurate production records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Forklift experience required
Ability to safely load, unload, and transport molds
Ability to read and interpret pressure gauges accurately
Basic documentation and recordkeeping skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong safety awareness and ability to follow established procedures
Ability to follow production schedules and work instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate a forklift to load and unload molds
Transport and position molds according to production requirements
Monitor production equipment throughout the manufacturing process
Read pressure gauges and verify equipment is operating within required specifications
Record part numbers and production information on required forms
Maintain accurate and complete production documentation
Follow established production schedules and work instructions
Perform routine quality checks throughout the production process
Identify and report equipment, production, or quality concerns to supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
Perform additional production and material-handling duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience
Experience handling molds or similar industrial components
Previous machine operation experience
Material handling or warehouse experience
Experience completing production records and documentation
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting abilities
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods throughout the shift
Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and material handling
Ability to safely enter and exit forklift equipment throughout the workday
Ability to safely handle and position molds and production materials
Comfortable working around manufacturing machinery and industrial equipment while wearing required PPE
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing and production facility
Regular forklift operation and material movement
Hands-on work involving molds, production equipment, pressure gauges, and manufacturing processes
