Production Operator (Chemical Processing / Blending)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operator to join our team. Required to wear PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, gloves, etc.).

Production Operator (Chemical Blending)
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Overtime and Saturdays as needed

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring equipment used to blend, mix, and package chemical products while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment following safety and operating procedures
• Weigh and load materials according to batch specifications
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Take samples for testing and make adjustments when required
• Maintain accurate production records and system entries
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Work Environment
• Fast-paced, hands-on role
• Position can be dirty and involves exposure to dust, chemicals, and machinery
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs regularly
• Required to wear PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, gloves, etc.)
