12-Hour Rotating Shift (2-2-3 | Day & Night Swing Shift)
Hiring now for a Chemical Operator / Production Operator / Manufacturing Technician in a biotech / manufacturing environment in Franklinton, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits and 401(k) match once hired.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate production equipment / manufacturing machinery
  • Perform materials processing / chemical processing
  • Monitor production and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Enter and track data in computer systems / production systems
  • Follow safety procedures / GMP environment
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing / production environment
Requirements:
  • Experience in manufacturing / production / chemical / biotech environment preferred
  • Mechanically inclined (machines, equipment, troubleshooting)
  • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts / rotating day and night schedule
  • Experience with technology / computer systems
  • Reliable and able to work weekends (2-2-3 schedule)
