Job Title: Production Operators
Job Description
We are seeking skilled Production Operators to join our team, responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring the process of drying chemical slurry. The role involves operating industrial dryers, drying wet products, packaging, and documenting production outputs. Candidates must have experience in troubleshooting and performing minor repairs on process equipment.
Responsibilities
+ Operate and monitor industrial dryers to dry chemical slurry.
+ Track and record production output using computer-based tracking systems.
+ Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on process equipment.
+ Understand and operate each piece of equipment and control system in the assigned work area.
+ Start up, operate, and shut down equipment safely.
+ Diagnose equipment issues and understand equipment hazards and safe operation.
+ Understand the role and impact of each piece of equipment in the process area.
+ Operate process equipment according to established procedures.
+ Maintain a full understanding of operating procedures, process hazards, and chemical hazards in the area.
Essential Skills
+ Mechanical aptitude
+ Proficiency in computers and documentation
+ Ability to operate chemical processing equipment
+ Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
+ Experience as a Process Operator
+ Understanding of production schedules
+ Skills in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1-2 years of experience in process equipment operations

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
