About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators for a manufacturing company in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, you’ll help keep production lines running efficiently while supporting quality and safety standards in a clean, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced setting and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do as a Production Operator:- Operate and monitor production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- Communicate with team members to support optimal line performance
- Identify and stop production for equipment, quality, or safety issues when necessary
- Perform changeovers quickly and accurately to maintain production readiness
- Inspect products and report or assist in resolving quality concerns
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following established procedures
- Support continuous improvement efforts using lean tools and maintain 5S standards
What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for full shifts
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to read, follow, and understand written work instructions in English
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork
