Job Title: Production Operator
Pay: $17.45 per hour
Hours: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:15 PM, MondayFriday

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Working closely with your team, you'll ensure quality standards are met while supporting daily production goals and adhering to safety procedures.
What You'll Do
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Inspecting and packaging finished products
- Operating manufacturing and production equipment
- Performing machine setup and changeovers
- Changing molds and adjusting machinery as needed
- Troubleshooting basic mechanical and production issues
- Using measuring tools including calipers
- Maintaining production and quality documentation
- Following all safety and quality procedures
- Supporting daily production goals
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
- Inspection/QA experience preferred
- Rubber injection molding or blow molding experience is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
