Job Summary:As a Production Operator, you will support the e-coating and powder-coating process by loading and unloading parts, preparing products for coating, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:- Load and unload parts on the production line
- Hang and remove parts from racks during the coating process
- Prepare parts for e-coating and powder coating
- Perform visual inspections for rust, damage, and other defects
- Assist with rework and process improvements as needed
- Follow production schedules and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by following 5S workplace standards
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Must be able to follow all company safety procedures

- Jeans or work pants only
