As a 2nd Shift Production Operator, you'll support wheel and rim production by inspecting products, handling materials, packaging finished goods, and assisting with production line tasks. You'll work closely with the Rim Line production team to deliver quality results that make a difference.

What You'll Do

As a 2nd Shift Production Operator, you will be responsible for

• Visually inspecting rims and wheels for defects, proper valve stem hole placement, and clear DOT stamps.

• Checking rim trims for correct depth and surface defects.

• Safely handling and stacking rims onto skids, crates, or racks according to required patterns and quantities.

• Preparing pallets and packaging finished products with protective materials, tags, paperwork, and shrink wrap.

• Removing finished wheels from production lines and keeping the work area clean and organized.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• At least one year of manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor experience preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome.

• The ability to stand, bend, twist, and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds during the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and record production information accurately.

• Reliable transportation, strong attendance, and availability for Friday overtime when required.
