As a Production Operator, you will:

• Operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a clean-room environment.
• Achieve Work-life balance! – 4 days off one week and 3 days off the next week.

• Perform manual operations on wafer fabrication equipment and work closely with the factory management team to prioritize job tasks

• Handle chemicals, microscope inspections, run precision equipment, and process wafers to comply with specifications and other requirements

•  Attend shift pass-down meetings and communicate daily activities

• Reads, comprehends, and follows required safety policies

This is a full-time Direct Hire Opportunity

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• A stable and steady work history with at least one year of work experience.

• Clean room, semiconductor manufacturing, or technical manufacturing experience a plus

• Good communication skills, both written and oral; ability to read, write and speak English

• Solid fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills

• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift 10+ lbs

Salary:$43680.00 per year
