This is a 6-month temporary-to-permanent entry-level role in aerospace manufacturing based in San Diego, CA, working Monday to Friday from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
As a Production Operator II, you will use hand tools, sanders, and sandblasters to fabricate or repair aerospace parts, load/unload parts into chemical milling and furnace systems, and follow detailed instructions to ensure quality standards. Training will be provided on the job.
Key responsibilities include attending OJT sessions, maintaining safety and quality procedures, and demonstrating core company values.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read and understand English, and experience with tools or manufacturing (preferred). Strong attention to detail, time management, and following instructions are essential.
