As a Production Operator, you’ll help keep our manufacturing line running smoothly. You’ll work hands-on with equipment, support quality control efforts, and learn multiple processes to support our production goals. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure efficiency, safety, and top-quality products.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operate imaging and manufacturing equipment
• Inspect in-process and finished products for quality
• Read and follow drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance
• Assist with screen printing setup and material preparation
• Support daily production needs to meet quality and production goals
• Cross-train in multiple manufacturing processes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
