Production Operator 1 - Urgent Hire

Clean, sterilize, and maintain production equipment, including reactors, tanks, pumps, and related parts, while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse/production area. Operate and prepare fermentation reactors, including loading raw materials, inoculating cultures, and setting/monitoring temperature, pH, and other parameters through PLC systems.

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Production Operator for 1st shift in Solon. 

Shift: 

Sunday-Wednesday 7am-5:30pm or Wednesday-Saturday 7am-5:30pm

What You'll Do: 

• Operate and prepare fermentation reactors, including loading raw materials, inoculating cultures, and setting/monitoring temperature, pH, and other parameters through PLC systems.
• Collect and prepare production samples for quality control testing while following SOPs and protocols to maintain product quality.
• Clean, sterilize, and maintain production equipment, including reactors, tanks, pumps, and related parts, while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse/production area.

What We're Looking For: 

• Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
• Ability to identify problems and execute standard procedures
• Acute attention to detail
• Background in mixing, industrial liquid handling, or similar
