Production Operator 1

Performs routine production functions including utility operations, packing, packaging, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision. Maintains accurate records and logs in compliance with regulatory quality standards. Works under direct supervision following standard operating procedures.

• Perform reprocessing of product, including parts handling and inspections (mostly visual, some gauging)
• Fill out required paperwork accurately, with attention to detail
• Maintain accurate production records and logs
• Follow standard operating procedures under direct supervision
• Work effectively within a team, supporting shared goals and objectives
• Make effective decisions relative to position requirements
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Communicate clearly with co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor

• 0 - 5 years (Quality control/inspection background preferred)
