Production Operations Manager (Residential Construction)

Location: Arlington, VA (Office-Based w/ Field Coordination)

Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus ($110k+ OTE)

About the Role

DMV Foundation Solutions is looking for a high-ownership Production Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day residential construction operations across Northern Virginia.

In this role, you will take full ownership of our weekly production schedule, field coordination, and operational performance--directly driving $250k-$300k+ in monthly completed revenue. You'll work closely with executive leadership to streamline systems, manage field crews, keep projects profitable, and build a production engine built to scale.

What You'll Do

• Drive Production: Own the master scheduling calendar for multiple field crews handling foundation repair, waterproofing, and structural projects.
• Operational Leadership: Partner with Field Superintendents to keep jobs on schedule, eliminate site bottlenecks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Job Costing & Revenue: Monitor material purchasing, permitting, job margins, and production reporting to protect gross profitability.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary operational contact for homeowners to maintain smooth project closeouts and final collections.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years managing/coordinating multi-crew residential construction projects (foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete, restoration, or remodeling preferred).
• Operational Skills: Strong proficiency in production scheduling, job costing, permitting, and construction software/CRMs.
• Bilingual Advantage: Conversational English/Spanish skills are a strong plus for field crew leadership.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
