Your schedule

We run 12-hour alternative work schedules (AWS) to keep production moving.

• Training (8-hour schedule):
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
• 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (Monday – Friday)

• After training (12-hour schedule):
• Weekend Day: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekend Night: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Rotating schedule

Typical cadence: 3–4 days per week (36–48 hours). Final shift assignment will be confirmed at time of offer.

Pay and incentives

• $25.00/hour base rate
• Shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend schedules
• Overtime paid in accordance with applicable laws

What you’ll do

• Direct daily activities for a team of production employees
• Keep work moving safely, efficiently, and to spec
• Stage materials and sequence priorities to hit targets
• Track progress and escalate issues promptly
• Train, mentor, and support team members (including new hires)
• Model standard work and reinforce safety and policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Must-haves

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (critical for safety and coordination)
• Comfort in a physically active, fast-paced environment

Nice-to-haves

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience
• Prior team lead, trainer, or informal leadership experience
• Familiarity with ERP or production tracking tools
• High-volume or shift-based manufacturing background
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Nepali)
