Production Office ClerkRussellville, AR Pay: $15.00/hour Full-Time Penmac Staffing is currently seeking a Production Office Clerk for a manufacturing facility in Russellville, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys office support work in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with production documentation and manufacturing processes.Requirements for the Production Office Clerk
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and office software skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Previous office, administrative, or manufacturing support experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Production Office Clerk Responsibilities
- Create and maintain routings and bills of material
- Prepare job packets for individual job work orders
- Process and route engineering and production change orders
- Print and distribute pick lists and travelers
- Perform a variety of office and production support functions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with production-related administrative duties as assigned
Schedule
- Tuesday through Friday
- Four 10-hour shifts
- 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Additional hours or schedule adjustments may be assigned by the supervisor as needed
