3rd Shift Grinder / General Labor
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–6:00 AM
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-oriented Grinder / General Laborer to join our 3rd shift team. This position involves sanding, grinding, and inspecting metal pieces to ensure they meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Sand and grind metal pieces according to specifications
- Inspect finished and unfinished metal parts for quality and defects
- Use hand and power tools safely and properly
- Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Assist with general labor duties as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Safety-oriented mindset
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
- Previous grinding, sanding, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus
