Why this role

• $19.00/hour, Temp-to-hire opportunity
• Elmhurst, IL location
• Consistent schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM (Every other Friday OFF)

Your core impact

• Set up support: stage materials, assist with machine setup, and help with tool changes.
• Throughput: load raw materials; safely unload finished parts from molds.
• Quality first: perform visual/dimensional checks with hand tools.
• Finishing: threading, trimming, wet sanding, and cleaning for production-ready parts.
• Accuracy: complete production and quality documentation in real time.
• 5S & safety: keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant.
• Logistics handoff: package products; palletize, wrap, and strap for shipment.
• Capability: lift up to 50 lbs and assist with other duties as needed.

Skills we value

• Material handling experience, including heavy lifts and palletizing
• Machine operation in a manufacturing environment
• Shipping/Receiving knowledge and on-time staging
• Precision measurement and inspection for QC
• Attention to detail and solid record-keeping
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus
