    Core Responsibilities

    • Retrieve items from designated warehouse locations to support production and orders.
    • Read work orders or follow verbal directions to determine exact parts, containers, and quantities.
    • Verify item identity and counts to align with order specifications.
    • Pack materials in correct containers per defined packing requirements.
    • Prevent damage by securing goods for safe transport.
    • Create shipping labels, confirm delivery addresses, and complete shipment documentation.
    • Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure on-time departures.
    • Perform visual checks during pick/pack to identify defects or discrepancies.
    • Update stock levels in inventory systems; communicate shortages or overages promptly.
    • Contribute to team efforts to achieve daily shipping targets.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Ability to perform repetitive motions with lightweight parts (up to 10 pounds per part).
    • Proven time management and deadline discipline.
    • Collaborative, respectful communication style.
    • Capability to read and follow written instructions from an operation manual.

    Where & When You’ll Work

    This is a full-time position, on-site at our Hazlewood, MO location. The expected schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, but an occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate project schedules.
