Job Title: Production Manager – Off-Site Modularization (OSM) Location: Pleasant Grove, UT Company: EZARC, Inc.Position Summary EZARC, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Production Manager to lead our Off-Site Modularization (OSM) production. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of shop operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality assembly and erection of steel and modular components and modular building systems. This role does not fabricate steel or oversee steel fabrication; it is responsible for the assembly, erection, and installation of pre-fabricated components (steel erection, strut cutting, bolting, and related assembly work).The ideal candidate will bring a self-driven leadership approach with a proven track record in construction/modular assembly, production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, team management, and project execution.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of the OSM production, driving safety, quality, and productivity.Oversee the assembly and erection of steel, strut components and modular systems, including strut cutting, bolting, and component installation, along with associated quality control.Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance at team and individual levels.Present performance metrics and strategic insights into executive leadership.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the shop, optimizing quality, processes, maximizing efficiency and productivity.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve production targets.Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture with a focus on mentorship and employee development.Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and all safety protocols.Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction, steel erection, or modular assembly.3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing production or assembly teams.Demonstrated ability to develop and present KPIs to executive stakeholders.Strong working knowledge of steel erection/assembly processes and quality control standards.Preferred Qualifications Experience with off-site modularization or pre-fabricated component assembly.Familiarity with strut systems, bolted connections, and related erection hardware.In-depth knowledge of modular construction methodologies.Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Experience with Operational Systems Management (OSM) or other production management systems.
