Job Summary:
Carmeuse is seeking a Production Manager Trainee. Under the general direction of Senior Management and over the course of the next 18 - 24 months, the Production Manager Trainee will learn the basics of the Minerals Processing Industry. The Management Trainee is mentored to ensure career growth and development is consistent with the opportunity for a bright future with Carmeuse. This is an entry level position, and the candidate must have the ability to relocate based on organizational needs.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or a related field; relevant internships or equivalent experience are also considered.
Industry background in manufacturing related to mining, paper mills, steel plants, refractory, heavy equipment fabrication, stone processing, cement plants, etc. is a plus.
Qualified candidates will exhibit a positive and proactive attitude with high initiative and the ability to perform with minimal supervision.
Good technical aptitude and analytical skills.
Detail and process oriented with strong problem resolution abilities.
Resourceful and well organized.
