What you'll do

  • Organise and coordinate daily shift activities to achieve production targets.
  • Allocate tasks and supervise Operators and Team Leaders.
  • Provide technical support and resolve production, quality, and maintenance issues, escalating when required.
  • Monitor quality, safety, and production performance, including stopping production when necessary.
  • Coordinate material flow to ensure efficient line operation.
  • Lead the shift emergency response team.
  • Support the training and development of Operators and Team Leaders.
  • Complete shift reports and health & safety incident documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company production, quality, safety, and 5S standards.

What we are looking for

  • 3-5 years' experience in automotive manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of production, quality, and JIS processes.
  • Basic maintenance and internal logistics knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to lead and motivate others.
