Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, decisive, and proactive Production Manager to oversee our daily operations, lead our production teams, and drive project success. In this role, you will bridge the gap between contract requirements and project execution—ensuring crew efficiency and high quality standards for internal and subcontractor crews, on-time arrival of materials, and job profitability. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage project schedule to ensure crew efficiency.
  • Meet with and dispatch crews every morning to ensure teams arrive at the job site prepared and on time
  • Communicate project specs, scope of work, safety requirements, and site nuances directly to crew leaders.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise in-house team members, maintaining accountability, high morale, and quality standards.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new field talent, facilitating hands-on training to get new hires up to speed quickly.
  • Source, manage, and evaluate third-party subcontractors to ensure work meets quality standards and is completed on time.
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices against job specification and contracts.
  • Manage material procurement and inventory to ensure availability of job materials, minimizing downtime.
  • Assess field repairs and warranty requests, provide accurate work/cost estimates, and schedule in a timely manner to preserve client satisfaction.
  • Perform routine site checks to troubleshoot problems and maintain quality control standards.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and handle customer issues.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in construction management, field operations, production oversight, or a related trade background.
  • Strong team-building skills with proven experience managing both internal staff and external subcontractors.
  • Outstanding time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple job sites, shifting schedules, and competing priorities.
  • Clear, concise communication skills (bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus).
  • Familiarity with estimating repair scopes, reading job plans, and using job scheduling software.
  • Experience with the EOS framework is a strong plus.. 
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
