This Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing production output, quality conformance, safety, and team performance across the operation. They will identify and resolve obstacles impacting on-time delivery, including equipment, staffing, material, and quality issues. They will manage hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and employee development activities. They will administer employee scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping processes. They will make real-time operational and personnel decisions to maintain production continuity. They will troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and coordinate maintenance support when required. They will drive production planning activities and implement corrective actions to protect customer shipments. They will enforce safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements throughout the facility. They will lead safety observations, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. They will support future capacity expansion, including staffing and additional production shifts.

A Successful Production Manager will have experience leading teams within a manufacturing environment. Hands-on rubber molding manufacturing experience preferred. Proven ability to improve production performance and solve operational challenges. Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills. Mechanical aptitude with equipment troubleshooting experience. Experience using ERP, HRIS, or timekeeping systems. Strong safety and compliance background. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
