Production Manager - Commercial Landscape Maintenance

Location: Pompano Beach, FL (Field-Based)

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 Base Salary

About the Opportunity

A well-established and growing commercial landscaping company is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee field operations within its Maintenance Division. This individual will manage approximately $2 million in commercial landscape maintenance contracts while leading 4 field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a landscape maintenance leader looking to take ownership of a large portfolio, develop field teams, and play a key role in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise multiple landscape maintenance crews across South Florida properties.

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly crew schedules.

  • Ensure projects are completed within budgeted labor hours.

  • Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material needs.

  • Serve as the liaison between field crews and Account Managers.

  • Resolve client concerns and support customer retention efforts.

  • Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.

  • Assist with enhancement opportunities and operational planning.

  • Coordinate material procurement and equipment needs with internal teams.

  • Monitor quality control across assigned properties.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial landscape maintenance leadership experience.

  • Experience managing multiple crews and field personnel.

  • Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and horticulture.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole strongly preferred.

  • MOT Certification a plus.

  • Equipment operation experience preferred.
