    A major cement manufacturer is seeking a Production Manager for its Durkee, OR plant. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced cement production professional — including a Production Supervisor ready for the next step into broader plant leadership.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead day-to-day cement production activities to achieve safety, quality and production goals.

    • Manage and monitor plant KPIs and operating performance.

    • Coordinate kiln and mill operations with maintenance, quality, quarry and shipping.

    • Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts.

    • Develop, coach and hold employees accountable for performance.

    • Support budgeting, cost control and plant improvement projects.

    • Promote strong safety practices and employee training.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or a related field required.

    • 5+ years of production supervisory experience in cement or a related heavy industrial environment.

    • Cement manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

    • Strong understanding of production KPIs and operational performance.

    • Proven ability to lead and develop employees.

    • Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

    Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
