We’re looking for a driven and hands-on Production Manager to lead our belt shop operations, drive team performance, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Manager, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing fabrication and installation operations while leading a high-performing team. You will:

• Lead and supervise production and customization of conveyor belts
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Manage and prioritize work orders, including rush jobs and field projects
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and performance metrics
• Train and develop team members on equipment, systems, and best practices
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
• Monitor equipment, materials, and consumable stock levels
• Oversee belt shop operations to foster a positive and productive culture
• Participate in on-site customer installations and provide leadership/support
• Represent Belt Power professionally with team members and customers

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of conveyor belt or belt splicing field experience
• 2+ years of experience managing teams and field jobs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret precise measurements
• A team-first mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability

Preferred:

• Forklift certification
• OSHA 10 certification

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work in both shop and customer site environments
• Exposure to moving equipment and moderate-to-loud noise levels
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting)

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time position (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
