    Paul Davis Restoration of West LA is a fast-growing restoration company specializing in fire, smoke, water, and storm damage recovery. We help families and businesses rebuild and recover with urgency, integrity, and expert care. As we scale, we're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Manager to take the reins on daily operations and lead our field team to excellence.

    Position Overview:

    The Production Manager is responsible for the successful execution of all restoration and reconstruction projects. This person will coordinate field teams, manage job schedules, maintain quality control, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and provide outstanding customer service. You'll work directly with the owner to drive efficiency, profitability, and team performance-freeing the owner to focus on strategy and growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage all field crews, subcontractors, and project timelines
    • Coordinate daily job schedules and dispatch crews effectively
    • Ensure all jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to Paul Davis standards
    • Perform job site visits for quality assurance and problem-solving
    • Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle
    • Work closely with estimators, project coordinators, and insurance adjusters
    • Oversee materials, equipment logistics, and job readiness
    • Maintain detailed documentation in Xactimate, DASH, and other software
    • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new field staff
    • Enforce safety procedures and compliance with OSHA and EPA standards

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years experience in restoration, construction, or property damage recovery
    • Strong project management and leadership skills
    • Knowledge of Xactimate, DASH, or similar platforms preferred
    • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple jobs simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and people management skills
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly accountable
    • Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
