About the Role
Location: Remote; involves regular travel to event destinations

Morley operates domestic and international meetings and events for top industry clients. As a Production Manager, you'll be the project navigator who keeps the production/project team moving.
You'll work under the support and direction of the Producer and in partnership with clients, Morley operations staff and production suppliers as we work together to plan and execute live events.
What You'll Do
What to Expect: Schedule & Travel
Our work requires the flexibility to travel (approx. 15-35% of the time) and accommodate a varied schedule. This role involves:
Initial on-site training:
Five to 10 days at our corporate headquarters - Saginaw, Michigan
Travel arrangements, lodging and cost reimbursement provided
Daily operations:
Remote - work from home
Monday through Friday
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern | 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central | 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mountain | 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. Eastern time
After-hours support at times (high-priority or timely projects, or to fit client schedules)
Planned meetings/events:
Travel on location
Schedule varies; includes nights/weekends
Potential ad-hoc travel (e.g., venue selection, pre-production site visits)
