Key Responsibilities
Performance & Quality
Coordinate materials, scheduling, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure job site quality meets company standards
Inspect properties prior to scheduled service to develop appropriate action plans and perform hands-on work as needed
Proactively monitor irrigation systems and areas with potential for disease or insect problems before issues arise
Operations
Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and use of branch equipment
Coordinate with office staff to keep branch databases current with accurate client information
Order materials as needed while monitoring costs and delivery schedules
Personnel
Work with the Area Manager to identify staffing needs, support hiring, and prepare daily crew schedules
Develop and review growth plans for employees; provide coaching, counsel, and performance feedback
Lead crew training on equipment operation, production planning, safety protocols, and quality standards
Safety
Implement safety best practices and actively monitor branch safety performance
Qualifications
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in the landscaping industry
Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or crew leadership role
Familiarity with Aspire software
Preferred
Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and retain field teams
