As a Production Manager, you'll oversee daily manufacturing operations, optimize workflow, and lead teams toward safe, efficient, high-quality production. You'll work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and HR teams to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for

• Develop and manage production schedules to support on-time delivery and efficient machine utilization.

• Supervise, mentor, schedule, and evaluate production teams and shift supervisors.

• Lead safety, quality, and productivity meetings while enforcing PPE and compliance standards.

• Champion Lean and 6S initiatives to reduce waste and improve material flow.

• Manage budgets, labor and material costs, scrap rates, equipment coordination, KPIs, and corrective actions.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• An associate degree in a technical, engineering, or business field, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least five years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or plant operations.

• Lean, Six Sigma, or OSHA certification is strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of industrial engineering, equipment maintenance, quality systems, ERP/MRP software, and Microsoft Office.
