Manufacturing Leader

Our client is a rapidly growing food manufacturer with operations supporting both branded and private-label products. Continued business growth has created the need for an experienced manufacturing leader to help strengthen production operations and build scalable processes. The organization offers an entrepreneurial environment where leaders have direct visibility to senior management and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on operational performance. The company is investing in talent and operational improvements to support long-term growth.

Lead daily production operations across multiple shifts

Manage Production Supervisors and frontline manufacturing teams

Monitor and improve KPIs including labor efficiency, waste, throughput, productivity, and schedule attainment

Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse teams

Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Develop employee training and leadership development programs

Support staffing, workforce planning, and operational execution during peak production periods

Food manufacturing experience required

Previous experience leading production teams and supervisors

Strong understanding of production metrics and KPI management

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Knowledge of FIFO, traceability, GMPs, and food safety requirements

Proven ability to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards

Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 annually.
