Drive Operational Excellence

Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently. Develop, implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality and cost reduction. Manage and mentor production supervisors and manufacturing personnel to maximize team performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and health & safety requirements. Analyse operational metrics and production data to identify opportunities for process improvements. Partner with engineering, supply chain, logistics and other cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing effectiveness. Report operational performance, challenges and improvement opportunities to senior leadership. Support strategic initiatives that enhance plant profitability, efficiency and overall performance.

The successful candidate will be an experienced manufacturing leader with a strong background in production management within a high-volume industrial or manufacturing environment. Key requirements include: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing or production operations. Strong people leadership skills with experience managing supervisors and production teams. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement principles. Project management experience with the ability to deliver operational improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Results-oriented mindset focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost performance.
