The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently by planning schedules, managing resources like material and labor, maintaining quality control, and meeting production targets within budget and deadlines while adhering to safety regulations and optimizing productivity across all stages of production. Planning - Determine the inputs needed for production, schedule production and allocate resources.

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently by planning schedules, managing resources like material and labor, maintaining quality control, and meeting production targets within budget and deadlines while adhering to safety regulations and optimizing productivity across all stages of production.




Responsibilities                                  

• Planning - Determine the inputs needed for production, schedule production and allocate resources                                                                                                      
• Monitoring - track costs for labor, materials and shipping                                                   
• Improving Processes - work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs  
• Maintaining Quality - Ensure products meet quality standards             
• Managing Inventory - Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products      
• Managing Equipment - Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment
• Managing Staff - Motivate and manage staff                                           
• Communicating - Communicate with cross-functional teams    
• KNOWLEDGE OF INJECTION MOLDING MACHINES AND HOW TO CHANGE MOLDS IS A PLUS and necessary
