· IICRC and WRT certifications (Required)

· Driver's License (Required)
Overview:
Our location has recently expanded into 4 new territories. This position will oversee the production activities and report directly to the executive team. The executive team will be growing and expanding the business. This can afford many opportunities for advancement.
The successful candidate will be someone who:

Primary Responsibilities:
· Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following SERVPRO® Franchise production guidelines
· Manage mitigation team
· Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity
· Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently
· Supports key relationships with industry professionals
· Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies
Position Requirements:
- Effective written and oral communication
- Intermediate math skills
- Experience using industry related software applications
- Familiar with business-related computer/iPad technologies and software like Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude
- Works to exceed expectations 100% of the time
- Challenges themselves and their team(s) to always be better
- Capable of lifting/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Able to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Experience working with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
