Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities Ensure smooth communication with homeowners from project initiation to completion Keep customers updated on project progress and address any issues promptly Prepare all stages necessary to produce an excellent installation experience for the homeowner, the crews, and the sales team members for warranty work and all roofing projects Order material and schedule labor for all roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, windows, doors, and gutter jobs for both the Residential and Commercial divisions Track and manage gross profit margins, ensuring all projects remain within budget Provide weekly and monthly production reports to the leadership team Recruit, hire, and train production team members to ensure proper staffing Lead production teams, hold members accountable, and maintain team morale through monthly check-ins and performance reviews Attend weekly Level 10 Meetings and ensure strategic initiatives are reached . Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency in production management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore) and familiarity with CRM tools Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, subcontractors, and clients Strong understanding of construction trades, including roofing, carpentry, and general building practices Ability to effectively manage client relationships and team dynamics Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices .
