Production Manager ResponsibilitiesÂ
Project Management:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all roofing projects from inception to completion.
Develop project schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and lead a team of roofing professionals, including crew members and subcontractors.
Foster a positive work environment, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and maintains a high standard of workmanship.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of roofing installation and repair.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Safety Compliance:
Promote and enforce a culture of safety among all team members.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
Investigate and report safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
Customer Service:

ProductionManager Qualifications
Construction management / Roofing experience is required
Basic computer knowledge
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent
Positive team-player attitude
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA requirements
Proficiency in project management software is a plus
Education and Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred).
Relevant roofing certifications or licenses (if required by state or local regulations).
